Roger Waters, more known as Mr. Waters, or Coach Waters, is a new addition to the school this year. He teaches all Art 1 classes and also coaches baseball.
“I get to take my kids to school in the morning, I get to coach baseball, and I get to teach art,” he said. “I couldn’t ask for anything better.” He also states that he decided to start teaching because most of his family are also teachers. This includes his mom, dad, and brother.
Lastly, Waters states that his favorite thing about this field of creativity is being able to “lose yourself in the work.” He also decided to get into teaching in general because it allowed him to do what he wanted, coach baseball and teach art.
